The daily guest limits do not apply to guests attending a Patron-sponsored function at a rented Facility. Guest limits and policies apply immediately following the end of the rental period.
Please note that the Amenity Centers are unavailable for private events on the following holidays:

4th of July ~ Labor Day ~ Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve ~ Christmas Day ~ New Year’s Eve

Rentals are available in 4 hour blocks (except the Firepit is 3 hour max) and all reservations should include set up and clean up times.

Additional fees apply for parties over 25 people and after office hours.

Payment must be made in person in the form of checks or money orders. NO CASH

Once a date has been determined, you can access the rental form below by clicking the button. Print, complete & return to the Amenity Center along with your payment and deposit. No dates can be held without proper documentation and payment.
